Yes, we are committed to being cruelty-free. None of our products is tested on animals.

4. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your favourite products to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to other countries. International delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

7. What are the delivery charges in the UK?

We charge a flat rate of £2.49 for UK delivery.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most UK orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once it has been shipped, we can’t make changes or cancellations.

11. What is your returns policy?

13. Can I return opened beauty products?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products, unless they are faulty.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

15. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we’re looking into adding this service in the future.
